outside reading number 2

I just started reading the book Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.
I have read about 50 pages so far
So far this book is about a girl named Bella who moves to a new town to be with her father. At first she is very worried about going to a new school where everyone knows eachother. She does not really like being in the town her father lives because it rains all the time and the weather is colder then shes used to. Bella soon meets a strange boy named Edward and he acts differently towards her everyday that she see's him but Bella can't help being interested in him.
I think Bella teaches us that giving up certain things can be worth it to gain other things, like when she gives up being with her mom, and friends at school to go live with her father in a new town and goes to a new school.

Active

I am an active person. Not only do i do gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, and track but i also try to do other things to work out during the week. Most days of the week i have something going on that causes me to be active, like track and cheer practice, and gymnastics. I also think im active because I dont like to sit in one place for a long time and I like to move around a lot during the day. Those are just a few reasons why i think im an active person.

characters

The characters of Hallie and Codi in Animal Dreams are so different. First of all, Codi feels like she doesnt fit in anywhere she goes, but Hallie can make herself home anywhere. Secondly, Hallie is very adventurous and Codi is not. Codi is secretive and doesnt open up to many people easily but Hallie seems to meet a lot of new people and have them love her right away, for example when in the book it said that Hallie had made many friends in Nicuragua. The only thing these two sisters really have in common is that they are tall. Another thing that is very different between the two sisters is that Hallie cares about crops and the land is is actually doing something about it while Codi took a while to realize she could help Grace with their water problem. Codi used to care more about animals and stuff when she was younger; I know this because Hallie and her tried to save a pack of coyote pups when they were younger. In the book it says, "...we didnt want to leave them, they would have drowned." on page 20. In conclusion, I think that these two sisters have way more differences then they do similarites.

This book is the 8th book in a series called 'Private'. This is book is about a girl that moves from Croton Pennsylvania to a rich boarding school called Easton Academy. The main character Reed Brennan proves that it doesnt matter where you come from or how rich you are to fit in somewhere and find power. But Reed soon learns that secrets can be deadly when a girl in her drom is murdered and Reed is kicked out of the best drom on campus because everyone thinks it was her. Now its up to Reed to find out who the real killer is and fast because they are still out there on campus somewhere. I like these books a lot because it makes you want to keep reading and reading and never stop. I would give these books a 10 out of 10 because they are exciting, entertaining, and fun to read.
